Flat tracks continue across the meseta toward León province. Expect about 4 hours 35 minutes through farmland with the occasional village for water and shade.

El Burgo Ranero sits beside a small lake on the edge of the plain. Basic pilgrim stop - arrive before the albergue fills on busy summer evenings.
