Stage 7

You enter La Rioja proper, crossing open farmland with views toward the Sierra de la Demanda. Plan for about 6 hours 55 minutes - one of the longer days in this section before the meseta flattens out.

Logroño is a full city with excellent food and wine culture. The old town around Calle Laurel is the obvious evening destination after a day in open country.
