Stage 3

Rolling farmland and quiet lanes carry you from the Arga valley into Navarra's capital. Expect about 5 hours 5 minutes of mostly gentle terrain, with the suburbs of Pamplona appearing long before you reach the old town.

Pamplona rewards a rest day if you have time - the cathedral, pintxos bars, and the famous bull-run route are all walkable from the centre. Albergues fill fast when festivals coincide with pilgrim season.
